Service of process:
Rates are per defendant/per address; price includes up to 5 attempts at one address
(Discounts may be available for multiple serves at the same address)

Timeframes: 
All orders are assigned to the server the same day we receive them.  We will email you upon completion.
Routine service: 3 attempts in one week, reports are available in 7-10 days
Rush service: attempted daily

NOTE: Routine business serves are generally completed in 3 business days

Rate includes all supporting form doc prep but does not include sheriff's $30.00 fee. Volume discounts available.

We prepare all supporting documents that are required to open a file with the sheriff and serve.  We do need certain original forms from you to begin.

Bank levy:  You need to provide the original letter to the sheriff and original writ of execution.

Wage garnishment:  You need to provide the original writ of execution and original application for earnings withholding order.

Investigations:

(Rate is per hour, there is a 2 hour minimum, based on availability)



What to expect from us:
Service of process rates include: serving your papers, proof of service and supporting form preparation and substituted service mailing if required.  We do not charge extra for items like mileage, fuel surcharge like other companies do.  If you are pricing around be sure to ask, surcharges can add up fast. 

Routine service:  Orders are data entered and assigned to one of our registered process servers the same day we receive the papers.  Please allow 7-10 days for your papers to be served and proof of service to be prepared before checking for updates.

Rush service:  Orders are data entered and assigned to a process server for immediate service the same day we receive your order if received early enough in the day. Servers report to us daily at 11:00am with updates.

Proof of service and supporting forms:  Once service is complete we will send the proof of service to you.  If you would like our office to file it with the court, your request must be in writing and there are additional costs of $10 & up.

All rates are per entity served, per address.   If you have more than one service at the same address we may be able to offer you a discounted rate on the 2nd and subsequent services we are able to effect at the same time.
