San Francisco court filing special - $45.00 In by 12pm, filed by 4:00pm !!
This is a flat rate service for up to 25 pages. We will file your papers the same day we get them with NO rush handling charges.
You are welcome to fax or email your papers to be filed. We will complile the appropriate number of copies for you at no additional cost. If you chose to mail them to us please be sure that you have enough copies if you would like one returned back to your office. Either way, we need to have your filing 100% in hand by 12pm to avoid additional charges. A valid credit card is required for this service unless you have an account with us. There will be an additional 10% surcharge for any fees we are required to advance for you.
What will I get for my money?
We offer flat rate services for jobs done within most major California cities. We don't have add on surcharges like substute service mailing charges, fuel surcharges, mileage etc. Read the fine print or ask the other companies when shopping around. We are not a nickel and dime based operation. We just provide good honest service. All of our servers are registered and bonded.
Our attempts are made at assorted times during the day, evening and weekends. We will make 3 attempts in the first week on routine services with the first attempt being made in about 3-5 days. This rate is for serving your papers, preparation of your proof of service and receipt. We will contact you if we are not able to effect service after 5 attempts.
Your proof of service will be mailed back to you unless you request us to file it on your behalf. This is done by request only for an additional $10.00 (local Bay Area Courts only - time permitting. Walk through service is available at regular court services rate)
How do I get the papers to you?
The fastest way to get things started is to email or fax your documents along with your instructions. You can either use our order form (click here for our order form) or you can use your firm's letterhead. We accept most major credit cards. We will print and compile up to 25 pages at no additional cost. Alternately, you can mail your papers along with payment to any of our locations.
